The story
behind
the light.
32 Hundred Lighting is a Sydney event production company with over 35 years of experience in lighting, sound and AV production. Bespoke by default, designed for every moment, big or small.
Meet the team
Thanh brings more than 20 years of hands-on experience across the entertainment industry to his role as Managing Director. His career spans the full breadth of audiovisual production, with deep technical expertise in designing and operating lighting rigs, audio systems, LED panels and projection setups. That multi-disciplinary background gives him a rare ability to see how every element of a production fits together, from the first design sketch through to the final show call. Thanh leads the business with the perspective of someone who has worked every position on the floor.

With over a decade in the industry, Eddy is a true generalist whose skills span every corner of AV production. He has built his career on being the person who can step into any role on a job and deliver, whether that means running audio, programming lighting, managing vision, or coordinating a crew. As Managing Director, Eddy pairs that practical versatility with a strong commercial focus, making sure every project lands on time, on budget and to the standard clients expect.

Michael leads production with more than 20 years of industry experience behind him and a specialist focus on lighting and networking. He has worked on some of the country’s most demanding live broadcasts, including a turn as lighting operator for the ANZAC Ceremony at Martin Place, broadcast live on national television. That kind of high-stakes, no-second-takes environment shapes the way Michael runs production: meticulous planning, redundant systems, and a calm head when the countdown starts.

Jessica has spent more than five years building expertise across lighting and vision, and now applies that technical grounding to keeping operations running smoothly. Her credits include working as Crew Chief on the installation of the Sydney Harbour Bridge New Year’s Eve lighting, one of the most logistically complex and visible events on the Australian calendar. That experience of coordinating people, gear and timelines under genuine pressure translates directly into how she manages the day-to-day, making sure every job is set up for success well before the crew arrives on site.
32 Hundred was built on the idea that light has the power to evoke emotion.
Named after 3200K, the warm, inviting temperature used in photography and television, 32 Hundred delivers bespoke lighting, audio and AV experiences that transform events into poignant moments people carry with them long after the night is over.
Founded in 1988 by industry veteran Iain Reed and carried forward today by a team he mentored, 32 Hundred blends legacy expertise with a genuinely client-first approach. Thoughtfully considered guidance from experienced professionals, at every step of the way.
